Delivery
Is delivery really free?+
Yes! Every Weekly Knead plan includes free delivery, at no extra charge, anywhere within our Cache Valley delivery area.
Where do you deliver?+
We deliver throughout our Cache Valley service area. Let us know your address when you sign up, and we'll confirm you're covered.
When will my bread arrive?+
We currently deliver Weekly Knead orders on Thursday evenings. We'll text you when we're headed your way.
Bread & Plans
How often will I receive bread?+
It depends on your plan. Small, Family, Bread Lovers, and Surprise Me all deliver weekly. Classic delivers every other week, with three loaves each time.
Can I choose my bread?+
Absolutely. When you sign up, you'll pick from our regular lineup — sourdough, wheat, sandwich loaves, and more — based on how many loaves your plan includes.
What if I want you to choose for me?+
That's exactly what our Surprise Me plan is for. We'll pick a fresh loaf for you each week, so there's always something new to try.
What comes with the Bread Lovers plan?+
Three loaves every week, plus a free add-on, which is a small jar of jam or a stick of butter, to go with them.
Managing Your Subscription
Can I skip a week?+
Of course! Just text or email us before your delivery day, and we'll pause that week's order for you.
Can I change plans?+
Yes, anytime. Text or email us and we'll switch you to whichever plan fits your household best.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Anytime, no hard feelings. Just let us know by text or email, and we'll take care of the rest.
Ordering, Pickup & Payment
How do I place my order?+
You can place your order right here on our website — use for a single order, or for a recurring plan.
How far in advance do I need to order?+
Orders must be placed by Tuesday at noon for that same week. Otherwise the order will be for the following week.
When will my subscription bread be delivered?+
We deliver every week on Thursdays. However, Fridays and Saturdays are available upon request.
How much is delivery for a one-time order?+
Delivery is $10 in the Cache Valley area. Delivery is included in the price for subscription plans!
Where do I pick up?+
Locations are in Smithfield and Richmond. We will send you the addresses after ordering.
How is payment made?+
We do payment through Venmo.
