If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Service.

2. Who We Are

The Cache Valley Bread Company is a small, locally owned bakery based in Cache Valley, Utah, co-owned by Holly Teeples and Aspen Teeples. You can reach us at (801) 645-4794, holly.teeples@gmail.com, or aspenteeples@gmail.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or subscribe to the Service. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. The Weekly Knead Subscription

Weekly Knead is a recurring bread subscription. Current plans, pricing, and delivery frequency are described on our Weekly Knead page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Plans and pricing may change from time to time; we will make reasonable efforts to notify current subscribers of material changes before they take effect.

To subscribe, you will complete our subscription sign-up form. By submitting that form, you authorize us to set up recurring bread deliveries and to bill you according to your selected plan.

5. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Weekly Knead is billed regularly according to your selected plan (weekly or every two weeks, as applicable) until you cancel. Before each renewal charge, we will send you a text message or email confirming the upcoming charge amount and delivery date, along with instructions on how to cancel or make changes before that charge occurs.

6. Cancellations, Skips, and Plan Changes

You may skip a delivery, change your plan, or cancel your subscription at any time by texting or emailing us using the contact information above, before your next scheduled delivery. We do not currently offer a self-service account portal; all changes are handled directly by our team.

7. Payment

Payment for Weekly Knead subscriptions and one-time orders is currently collected through Venmo. By subscribing or ordering, you agree to pay all charges associated with your order using the payment method we provide at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and for any fees your payment provider may charge.

8. One-Time Orders

You may also place a one-time order for available bread, without subscribing to Weekly Knead. One-time orders are subject to product availability and do not automatically renew or recur.

9. Delivery

We currently deliver within our Cache Valley, Utah service area. Delivery days and times (including our standard Thursday evening delivery window) are provided on our Site and may change from time to time. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address or delivery instructions you provide.

10. Ingredients, Allergens, and Food Safety

Our bread is baked in a kitchen that may also process wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and other common allergens.
