Why our bread

Bread should taste like it was made by hand.

Because someone did.

We looked at what passes for bread on most grocery store shelves — long ingredient lists, preservatives, additives nobody can pronounce — and decided it was time for bread to go back to being what it was always meant to be: simple, delicious, and honest.

01 — What we believe

Simple Ingredients

We keep our ingredient list short and honest: flour, water, salt, and time, because bread doesn't need anything else to be good.

We keep it simple and use ingredients you can feel good about.

Want homemade bread without all the chemicals and additives that store-bought bread is full of? Don't have time to bake it yourself? We hear you.

02 — What we believe

Baked Fresh,
Never Stockpiled

We bake every loaf to be eaten this week, not pulled off a truck after sitting on a shelf.

Baked locally instead of spending days on a grocery store shelf.

03 — What we believe

Made in Cache Valley

We're proud to bake right here in Cache Valley, Utah, for our neighbors, not a warehouse.

04 — What we believe

Made by Hand, with Care

Every loaf gets individual attention, from mixing to shaping to the oven. Handmade means someone actually made it.

No trip to the store. No starter to feed.

So we started baking real bread by hand, from real ingredients, and delivering it fresh to our neighbors right here in Cache Valley. No trip to the store, no recipe to follow, no starter to feed, and just homemade goodness, without the work.
